Dance with the wind, adapted from a 1999 book by acclaimed novelist Ji Seong-sa. After he goes so far as to attract the attention of the police department's head, a female detective called Yeon-hwa is asked to start an investigation into this matter, so as to put Poong-shik behind bars.
