Purchase Procedures:
- Select your desired item(s) and quantities.
- Enter your personal and shipping details when check out.
- Your order will be processed within 24 hours
during office hour from Monday to Friday. Order made
during weekends or public holiday will be processed
the following weekday.
- Once your order is processed, you'll be sent a
Confirmation Order Letter via email outlining all your
purchasing details and payment instructions. Alternatively, you may
logon online to check.
- With this Confirmation Order Letter, you may then make
your payment within the stipulated period.
- To cancel your order, simply acknowledge us via email.
There is no obligation at all as long as no payment is made.
- All items are subject to acceptance and availability of stocks
and will be met on a first come first served basis.
- Your order will be shipped as soon as possible upon receiving
of full payment. We will notify you once order is shipped via email.
- All delivery of item(s) is sent at least by "Registered Mail".

- Please include your Order Number in all correspondence if applicable.
- For insufficient fund, we'll cancel your order
and refund your money after deduction of
administration fee and postage.
- Selective items will be opened for inspection to ensure the quality
of products.
- Goods sold are not returnable/refundable. Refunds will be given at the discretion
of the Company Management.
- For faulty items, please notify us in seven days upon receive your order.
Correspondence made after said period will not entertained.
Both parties have to bear own shipping costs and other
expenses incurred.
- We will not be responsible for any loss of payment in mail.
Purchasers are advised to send payment in Registered Mail.
- The country you live in may charge custom duties
and taxes in addition to your total order amount.
You are responsible for these taxes. Call your
local customs office to find out what these
charges are.
- We will not be reliable for loss, damage, delay, shortage, misdelivery,
nondelivery, misinformation, or failure to provide information in connection
with your shipment caused by events we cannot control, including but not
limited to act of God, perils of the air, weather conditions, mechanical delays,
acts of public enemies, war, strikes, civil commotions, or acts or omissions of
public authorities (including customs and health officials) with actual or
apparent authority.
